3. Payment Policy (Gateway Compliance)

  • Pricing: All prices for virtual office packages are clearly listed on our website. GST at the applicable rate (18%) will be added to the base price during checkout.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Corporate Wallets.

  • Booking Confirmation: Your service is considered “active” only once payment is captured and KYC documents are verified by our compliance team.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed only if the documentation provided by Virtual Office Hub is rejected by the GST/MCA authorities due to a verifiable defect in our documents. In such cases, submission of the official rejection order or document from the government portal is mandatory to initiate the refund process.

  • No-Refund Zone: No refunds are applicable once the Rent Agreement and NOC have been digitally or physically issued to the client.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

5. Data Security

We employ industry-standard encryption to safeguard your sensitive business documents. While we prioritize security, please note that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
